Once approved, your item becomes visible to our audience of verified buyers.

You can track your listings and sales directly from your seller cabinet.

Sale, Delivery to Gala & Quality Check

When your item is sold and the buyer has completed the payment:

We contact you directly.

The seller have to deliver the item to our boutique at:
Gala Boutique, Ground Floor, Jumeirah Al Qasr Madinat Jumeirah, Dubai

Before forwarding the item to the buyer, our team performs a visual quality inspection.

The item must be:

Clean and freshly prepared
Ironed or professionally steamed
Washed (if applicable)
Free from signs of wear
Without stains, holes, pulls, or damages

Only items that meet our standards will be approved for shipment.

We then professionally package the item and ship it to the buyer to ensure a premium unboxing experience.
