6. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if:

Items are unused, unworn, in original condition
Original tags, packaging, and accessories are included

Items not eligible for return:

Earrings, lingerie, beauty, perfumes
Final sale items
Damaged or worn products

Refunds are issued to the original payment method or store credit.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
We will arrange a replacement or refund.
